What is Heritage Pork ?
The origin of heritage pig breeds dates back thousands of years, they are renowned for their hardiness, exceptional flavor and nutritional content. Pigs have been a part of the agricultural world since ancient times. We have selected Tamworth, Berkshire and Yorkshire pigs for breeding, with the intent to nurturing hardy, robust animals with strong immune systems and tasty nutritous meat.
What Do we feed our pigs ?
Our pigs are fed a nutrient- dense blend of microgreens, grasses, grains, fruits, vegetables, organic eggs and maringa.
Our feed is always Soy-Free.

We never use antibiotics, vaccines or hormones.

If you would like sausages with this option instead of ground pork,
there is an extra fee of $2.50/lb for the sausages.
